CHRISTIAN GLIWITZKY
studied Christian Archaeology, Classical Archaeology and Classical Philology in Mainz, Freiburg, Rome and Dresden. Formerly an archaeologist at the Saxon State Office for Archaeology in Dresden and a Greek and Latin teacher at the Landesgymnasium St Afra Meißen, he is now deputy director at the State Collections of Classical Antiquities and the Glyptothek in Munich.
