GERARDO PISARELLO
is a professor in constitutional law, elected to the Spanish Congress of Deputies in April 2019 as part of the En Comú Podem coalition. From 2015 to 2019, he served as First Deputy Mayor of the city of Barcelona as part of the municipalist platform Barcelona en Comú, with responsibility for economy, work, and strategic planning.
